• Arrange for and supervise building contractors and suppliers
• Ensure maintenance and contractors’ work is carried out to specifications
• Pay promptly necessary utility bills & contractors’ invoices from correct strata accounts
• Supervise any caretakers or employees of the strata
• Maintain replacement insurance coverage for the strata
• Keep documents, forms and records according to the Strata Property Act
• Handle promptly requests for Forms when an owner wishes to sell or re-finance their unit
• Attend Council meetings and distribute accurate minutes of those meetings.
